In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems, ranging from gas furnaces, heat pumps, minisplits, AC, water heaters, humidifiers; as well as performing installations for both new and existing clients. Install new HVAC equipment and accessories with precision and care, adhering to safety regulations and company standards. Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction with every service call. Educate customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance and safety practices. Collaborate with the sales team to assist with site evaluations and product recommendations.
