Outdoor capacitor is within range. Pressures look good, although the subcool is slightly low. The evaporator coil was just above freezing temperature and will continue to be monitored. Unit is responsive to cooling call. Upstairs unit 80% furnace manufactured (2019) Upstairs furnace unit is in great condition. Wiring is intact and indoor capacitor is within range. Ductwork is showing signs of wear and tear with potential for significant air loss; client was informed and advised that the office will follow up. Drain is free of any clogs. Replaced the filter with a brand new side (20x25x1) provided by client Outdoor unit is in great shape; coils were rinsed and washed. Electrical panel is intact. Outdoor capacitor is within range. Pressures and sub-cool both look great. Unit is responsive to cooling call.
