Meet our newest apprentice, Christalina👷🏻‍♀️ She may be new to working in the field but she is no stranger to working in our family business for many years. She was even at the dining room table where the business started… because she is one our four daughters. This apprentice was literally raised in the trades. She began training from the ground up like all of our other apprentices. There is no short cuts in the trade, there is intense skill building and measured growth, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. We are proud of her and her drive to succeed. She is also a very accomplished artist, former farm manager in our community, and overall hard worker. She has a true servants heart to help families and is thrilled to be on the team where she is an asset already.
