We were recently chatting with our friend DeDe from DeDe's Real Estate Group, one of the realtors we frequently work with and she asked about HVAC horror stories we have seen or heard of. About an hour after having that conversation the story I am going to share happened: A homeowner installed their own thermostat over the winter during heating season.
